Epoxy Floor Coatings in Cranston, RI.

Garage floors, basements, stairways, and commercial concrete — resurfaced with a polished, stain-resistant finish that holds up to real wear.

Concrete, Reinvented

A finish that outlasts the slab beneath it.

Bare or stained concrete can be transformed into a flawless, easy-to-clean surface that resists oil, salt, chemicals, and daily abuse. Oak & Pallet installs epoxy floor coatings and concrete resurfacing for garages, basements, stairways, workshops, and commercial spaces throughout Rhode Island and Connecticut.

We prep the concrete properly — grinding, patching, and moisture-testing — so the coating bonds correctly and lasts. The finish itself can be solid color, metallic, or a custom flake blend, and we walk you through options during the estimate so you can match the floor to the space.

Common Questions

Answers to what you're wondering.

How long does an epoxy floor installation take?+
A standard 2-car residential garage typically takes one to two days for installation, plus 24 hours of cure time before you can walk on it and 72 hours before you can drive on it. Polyaspartic systems can be one-day installs.
How long will the coating last?+
Properly prepped and installed, a quality epoxy system in a residential garage will last 15–20+ years before needing recoating. Commercial floors with heavy traffic may need a topcoat refresh sooner.
Will the coating peel or chip?+
Peeling almost always comes from poor surface prep. We diamond-grind every slab and moisture-test before coating, so the bond is mechanical — not just chemical. That is how we deliver lifetime adhesion.
Can you coat over old paint or existing epoxy?+
Sometimes — it depends on how well the existing coating is bonded. We test adhesion during the estimate. In most cases, we recommend grinding the old coating off for the longest-lasting result.
What colors and finishes are available?+
Solid colors, metallic pigments, vinyl color flake blends, and custom decorative finishes are all available. We have samples we can bring to your estimate, or you can pick from manufacturer color charts.
